Our packaging factory is specialized in the production of containers of different types of PET and HDPE. How are the containers made?
Our containers are made through two techniques, the first is for containers made of PET resin, we acquire the preforms, which are small tubes of said material, which will give rise to the bottle, these are placed inside a mold with the shape of the desired container and are heated until the resin is soft, then they are blown until they touch the limit of the container, after which they are allowed to cool to acquire the desired shape.
In the case of HDPE containers, they are made through the injection process, that is, they do not require previously elaborated preforms, but rather the High-Density Polyethylene resin is injected directly into the bottle or jerrycan mold, Finally, they go through a cooling process until they acquire the final shape.
It is important to emphasize that all our containers and caps, regardless of the material from which they are made, go through the quality department, which is in charge of carrying out impact, temperature, and filling tests, among others, to ensure that you acquire only the best.
Sustainable packaging factory
Our manufacturing plant is committed to sustainability, and we carry out different actions in favor of the environment, first of all, all our products are 100% recyclable and the sunlight is used in their production, thanks to the 600 panels that we have installed, in addition, We also have a rainwater harvesting system and we treat the water to be able to irrigate our gardens. In the same way, the design of our packaging factory allows overhead lighting, so the use of electric light decreases.
