A spray bottle can have multiple uses depending on the features it has. Regularly, the atomizers are used in containers of small and medium sizes.

They are intended to distribute the product evenly, they can have different ways of doing it: jet, fan, or spray, and a closed mode that prevents leaks, this can change depending on the place where it is purchased.

A spray bottle can be used for different industries, in our case, we have a 28mm SprayTrigger cap. It is made of different materials, the upper part is made of Polypropylene (PP) and High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), and the immersion tube is made of Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE), this is flexible and can be cut according to the size of the bottle.

Capacities of a spray bottle

In the case of our cap, we recommend using it with two of our products, each one with particular characteristics, the first is the 22 oz. PET container. (Trigger 650 ml.) Characterized by its ergonomic design that facilitates the application of products with the atomizer, it is available in transparent color and has a capacity of 650 ml. On the other hand, it is also compatible with the 1 lt Boston PET container. (Boston 1 lt.), It is smooth and round which allows easy labeling, made of transparent PET resin, its capacity is 1 liter. Its use is recommended for flavorings, automotive, cosmetics, fertilizers, and cleaning.

Similarly, we can offer you another option if you require a smaller bottle, the Cap R-28 mm. The spray Valve is made of Polypropylene (PP) and High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and is ideal for the 8.5 oz. PET Oval Round Bottle. (Surf 250 ml.), 17 oz. PET Clear Round Bottle (Bell 500 ml.) and the 17 oz. PET Boston Round Bottle (Boston 500 ml.)
